Dear
Home and Lot Owners:
What a
wonderful turnout we had at the annual meeting on October
20, 2009. If you were unable to attend, you really missed
an informative evening. We had 37 homes represented, which
is the most we have had in attendance thus far. The meeting
included information about a neighborhood watch program and
the financial status of the HOA.
We
discussed the financial status of this year’s budget and the
anticipated budget of the next fiscal year. Please see the
Reports & Documents section on the menu board or the
complete minutes and reports of the meeting. We had an
excellent question and answer time in which many issues from
the homeowners were addressed.
New
board and committee members were elected for the next fiscal
year; you can see the complete list with names, phone
numbers and address in the Committee section on the menu.
It is the intent of the board and committee members to
comply with the needs of the homeowner, as long as the
request is in adherence with the Declaration of Restrictions
of the Association and it is approved in accordance as such.
Please
remember that all homeowners are invited to attend the board
meetings. The dates and times are posted on the web site.
You
will soon receive invoices for the 2010 annual dues. Please
remember they are due ON or BEFORE January 1, 2010.
Additional information will be included about the most
common violations of the restrictions of the HOA and a
questionnaire. Please take the time to complete and return
this questionnaire, it will help the board to understand
your needs.
