Hello Fellow Homeowners:
As President of your newly formed HO
Association I am encouraged about the future
of our association and the results we will
experience.
We as a group we simply want to maintain the
integrity of our neighborhood. All of us
have invested a great deal in our homes and
our lives in “The Woods” we want to ensure
it is a rewarding experience for everyone.
We know it will not be easy all of the time,
nothing ever is, even families don’t get
along 100% of the time how can we expect to.
However if we will approach issues as
responsible adults we will get a great deal
more accomplished with fewer problems. We
are not going to operate in the past and
with that being said for those of you that
have a bad taste for the previous regime
that has absolutely nothing to do with us!!
We will be operating from the day we were
appointed moving forward. We are not here to
be a Militia, Gestapo, posse or any other
handle you want to apply.
We have some problem areas we all need to
work on, some of the areas where attention
is needed are: Keeping our yards looking
good for our neighbors and those visiting
our community to purchase or build a home.
We need to respect our neighbors where our
pets are concerned i.e. toilet habits and
being confined or controlled. We need to
respect the easements of others...they may
be easements, however, they are still the
property of the homeowner and if you would
like to use them ASK permission. If you are
going to do any building or modifications to
your property please let the architecture
committee know and make the plans available.
Dues are payable by homeowners for the good
of our common areas. I would ask for prompt
payment to alleviate any undesired actions
on either side.
Life is way to short to “fight” over such
insignificant matters. Remember we as a
board live by the same Bylaws and
Restrictions as you. There is nothing we can
not work together to resolve. After spending
time with the other members of our board I
am quite certain the right people are in the
right place. We are here for you but I would
ask you remember these are volunteer
positions! Please respect their time and
most of all respect their person!
You will be hearing more about our upcoming
meeting and our board minutes will be posted
each month.
We are all in this together!
